An ageless truth statement says" That which is celebrated increases"---whether it is good for you or not. An this has been demonstrated as unchanging principal through the years. This holds true for virtually anything- tangible or intangible; object or behavior; positive or negative. If you celebrate "it" or give "it" energy, attention, focus, or support, "it" is nurtured and therefore increases.
