R.I.S.E. WORDS: Day 78: MASTER YOUR FEELINGS
Your feelings have a great impact on the experiences you have in your life. Your feelings drive your perceptions, your thoughts and your actions which, in part and together, shape events and outcomes in your life. The lower level, more negative, fearful and pessimistic feelings breed correspondingly lower level, negative and undesirable experiences and outcomes in your life. THe same corresponding relationship exists between good feelings and good experiences.
In the good life, the key is to gradually and intentionally master your feelings-- substituting feelings of excitement, anticipation, happiness, joy, peace, confidence, patience and positivity for their opposites.
Feelings are powerful attracting and creating energies; so watch, guard and use them wisely.
Now R.I.S.E. and REALIZE (your) INHERENT SELF-EXCELLENCE.

I was under the impression that we should 'listen' to our feelings... I was fortunate enough to marry my guru, and she says that we shouldn't let our emotions be our masters, instead we should be the masters of our emotions. maybe when you say 'feelings' you mean what she means by 'emotions.'
