NOTHING CHANGES UNTIL SOMETHING CHANGES.

There is a high level of spiritual truth in this statement. I like it and I am always tempted to add: AND THE CHANGE HAS TO OCCUR WITHIN YOU IF IT IS TO BE A LASTING CHANGE.

Here's the essence of this truth: LIFE is created and lived from the inside out. The experiences we have in the world, begin internally as awareness, intent, believes, desires, wants etc. So if you want your life experiences to change and stay changed, then choose first to make meaningful change within.
