R.I.S.E. WORDS: Day 41: MANAGING THE LOW TIMES

R.I.S.E. WORDS: Day 41: MANAGING THE LOW TIMES

The path to the "good life" is dynamic, as is the good life itself. By this I mean it is not stagnant. There will be moments when things seem to be great and others when things seem to be horrible. Your have choice to allow your feeling and energies follow the appearances or to be the transformer, that moves through the challenges undeterred from your vision for your good life.

Here are a few tips on how to move through ad transform the low times into good:

1. Continue to focus on and visualize your good life as often as possible. Keep dreaming.

2. See the occurences, no matter how unpleasant, as temporary---with few exceptions this is the case.

3. Be a possibility thinker: focus on what good could conceivably come from this.

4. Look for "the good" in whatever is transpiring and list your daily findings---there's ALWAYS "something" good in every situation.

5. Focus on staying grateful for what IS good; and keep a daily gratitude journal.

Even in the "good life" challenge times are guranteed, but with right awareness and techniques such as those above, you can move through and beyond them and even find useful good.

Now R.I.S.E. and REALIZE (your) INHERENT SELF-EXCELLENCE.

Live Life by Design; Not By Default
