At the request of my good buddy El, today I am blogging on the healthy body and its relevance to the process of bringing forth and sustaining one's "good life."
R.I.S.E. WORDS: Day 35: TREASURE YOUR BODY TEMPLE
The Creator has given each of us two priceless gifts--our spirit (the inner self) and our body (the outter self). With and from these two gifts we can create our "good life" or it's opposite.
The healthy body plays a key role in bringing about your good life. Your body houses and feeds your mind which is the starting point and incubator of all the ideas, dreams, intuitions and deep desires that together form the vision for your good life. The health and condition of the body temple affects the health and condition of the mind which, in turn, affects the quality of ideas, choices and life experiences you will have.
Equally important, the bringing forth of ideas and dreams requires great physical activity--years of exertion and endurance through the 72+ years each of us is projected to live. The body it is the machine that will do the required work to move your "good life" from "the inner invisible world" of the mind to "the outer visible material world" of your life.
Therefore, your body is indeed a sacred temple. Guard it. Nurture it. Respect it. Feed it. Rest it. Exercise it. Treasure it. Celebrate it. And, by all means, Protect it from the toxins of the world--drugs, alcohol, unhealthful foods and physically harmful environments. Your body temple is the irreplaceable gift of the Creator and an important key to your good life.
Now R.I.S.E. and REALIZE (your) INHERENT SELF-EXCELLENCE.
