The elimination of limiting or negative ideas, beliefs, people and behaviors is an important step in creating and sustaining your "good life". Unforgiveness (or Not Forgiving)is a major impediment to the realization of your good life.

When you hold thoughts or attitudes of Unforgiveness towards yourself or someone(s), you are in essence channeling your attention, energy, and mind power towards a very real barrier to your good and your good life.

Unforgiveness boogles the mind and bottlenecks the flow of good into and out of your life. Therefore, cultivate and practice FORGIVENESS as one of the key qualities of mind that will contribute to the achievement of your good life.
